From time to time
Excatic has retired adult breeding cats in need of a loving home. We can't
keep them all as we
would have too many cats to look after and they would not receive the
amount of attention they deserve.
At the moment, we have available a Brown Classic Tabby and White Persian.
She is 5 years old and her name is Pearl (Perchez Bush
Brat)
She has given Excatic many beautiful kittens and is now deserving of a
well earned retirement. Pearl is de-sexed and ready to go to her new home. Pearl is a shy, quiet cat and is looking for a loving home where there
are no other animals or small children. She has a very full longhair coat that needs daily grooming. Please contact me with any further
enquiries.
Available Kittens
As both longhair and shorthair kittens can be born in the same litter, it
is sometimes
difficult to tell if a kitten is Exotic or Persian until they are about
3-4 weeks old
We always give our kittens a temporary name until they go to their permanent homes

Kitten policy and prices:
Pet kittens are available to suitable indoor homes only.
A deposit of $100 (not refundable) is required to hold the kitten of choice until he/she is old enough to leave Excatic.
Kittens may leave Excatic from 12 weeks of age, depending on the maturity of each kitten.
Before our kittens leave for their new homes, they will be desexed (unless they are purchased for breeding), micro chipped, toilet trained, up to date with vaccinations, vet checked, wormed and parasite free. They come with their vaccination card and a kitten pack with information on caring for your new baby.
Kittens sold as pets are priced from $550. Kittens sold for show/breeding are priced from $850. We only sell kittens/cats for breeding to selected registered breeders
We are aware that circumstances change and it is not always possible to take possession of a cat or kitten as originally planned. Deposits will be considered payment for board, grooming and lost opportunities for placement if the buyer changes their mind for any reason.

We do not let our kittens leave Excatic unless they are contained in a secure cage or box to keep them safe on the trip to their new home. Please make sure, when collecting your kitten, that you bring a suitable carry cage. A cat box will be provided if no cage is available. This will add an extra $10 to the cost of the kitten. The purchase of a carry cage is a wise investment as you will need one in the future to take your kitten to the vet for vaccinations/checkups etc. You can purchase a carry cage from around $40 at your nearest pet shop.
